We will show you how to fill and insert the trays, and you simply need to wear them overnight. You will start to see results within a few days, but it can take up to two weeks to achieve the full effects. A custom home whitening kit is very helpful for anyone with more sensitive teeth as we can prescribe a lower strength whitening gel so that you can brighten your smile more comfortably. You can also reuse the trays to top up the results, as we can supply more whitening gel.

Your trays will be fitted at the practice. We will show you how to use the whitening syringes and explain how long to wear the trays for. In most cases, you will see an improvement in just a few days and optimum results in around 3 weeks.
